Celebration! MMSC116

Today I made a card that when I saw the image it reminded me of my little neighbor girl when she celebrated Cinco de Mayo. She had so much fun! I had fun making this card. I hope you will join me in the different challenges this card has been entered in.
I used paper by Recollections, SU! & K&Co. Stamps were by SU! Flexible Phrases & the digi is by Whoopsie Daisy (http://priscillastyles.ning.com/group/cdac-progressive-freebie-challenges#?=. MS glitter glue, SU! Markers & Prismacolor watercolor pencils, misc flowers & dots.
